unable to install addons / kodi, Geexbox

I installed GeexBox / kodi using the image found at http://wandboard.org/downloads on my wandboard dual on a 2 gig SD-card.

It worked fine and kodi loads fine. However, I’m not able to install video addons. I’ve tried both NRK Nett-tv and youtube. It says 0% and then it just stops. I managed to download and install a new skin (amber) so I guess it’s not a internet probem. Could it be that me sd card (2 gigs) is too small? The image was approximately 1.5 GB.
