howto display Linux desktop on 2 monitors?

Postby logicman » Tue Apr 05, 2016 11:16 am

i have a wandboard with Fedora 21 installed and i have VGA monitor which connects to the wandboard by a VGA-to-HDMI adaptor and the board has a touch screen too. I want to see the Fedora desktop on HDMI and also the touch screen at the same time. What should i do for that?

So you have a VGA/HDMI monitor and a HDMI montor and you want to use them at the same time?
There is only one HDMI output, so that is not going to work.

The WB can support dual displays, but the other display outputs are LCD and LVDS TTL (both on expansion pinheaders). Those are a bit complicated to use.
