To install Debian wheezy, have you tried these instructions?

It's a somewhat lengthy and involved process, but it worked for me.

Like mount the SD card and just copy the files?

For Fedora follow the official instruction here fedoraproject.org/wiki/Architectures/ARM/F20/Installation#For_the_Wandboard_.28Freescale_i.MX6.29.
it's for fedora 20, but you should found instruction for fedora 21 released in some days.
I have installed on my Wandboard and Fedora 20 work great, but for now without graphic mode.

So, basically, Debian is all that I've really known of Linux. That is until very recently when I installed Fedora 19 with Gnome 3.8 desktop onto
