The technical information about my board is:

Kernel: Linux-3.18.0
board: EDM1+some hardware extensions: EDM1 is an extension of wandboard, imx6q, HannStar display, HSD100pxn1, arm, it is a tablet

I am trying to change imx6qdl.dtsi file to drive LVDS display besides HDMI monitor. HDMI monitor works fine and linux-3.18.0 that is a mainline kernel boots correctly. But lvds panel is completely off and dark. I only see /dev/fb0 and if i force to load imx_ldb.ko no new device will be added!

I wonder what is wrong with my setup? Does LVDS bridge not being driven correctly? or my dts file has a problem?

Thank you for any comment in advance

Should I pick one of them (like imx6q-sabresd.dts) and build into .dtb file? If so, could you suggest ... arch/arm/boot/dts/imx6dl-wandboard.dts.

arch/arm/boot/dts/imx6q-wandboard.dts:17:50: fatal error: dt-bindings/interrupt-controller/irq.h: No such file or directory compilation terminated The same pattern is used for imx6q-wandboard.dts. So, from U-Boot on a WB-Quad you use imxq-wandboard-revb1.dtb for the older B1 board
