Android 4.4.2.1 stopped at Freeing init memory: 228K!

Hi,
I download Android 4.4.2.1 Source from http://www.wandboard.org/index.php/downloads.
I compile kernel which I found at '/wandboard-4.4.2_1-pre-source/wand-4.4.2_1/kernel_imx'
I follow steps for compiling it as below:-
1. I follow http://forums.wandboard.org/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=706 for gcc-4.6.2-glibc-2.13-linaro-multilib-2011.12.tar.xz
2. Then following commands for using tool-chain for compiling:-

By above commands I successfully compiled Kernel of Android.
Then I follow ReadMe for compile Android.

I found No error while compiling Android.
I make bootable SD card by rest of instruction given in Readme file.

In that also I not get any error, So I put that SD card on Wandboard & run it.
I use Minicom for see the log. I found that at specific point log stuck/freeze.
