Problem Installation PHP in Yocto

Hi :
In my project I need to take commands from the webserver , so I compiled apache2 with Yocto , but the datas which is coming from webserver , cant be understandable by system . I need to ınstall php package to the my system.

I used dizzy branch for fsl-community-bsp , my kernel version is 3.10.17-r0
I made lots of research about that and found something but I get errors while executing bitbake core-image-base

I guess i couldnt understand the way of usage of the PACKAGECONFIG , PACKAGECONFIG_append and etc.
